Please inspect your package upon arrival.

If you notice any visible damage, including to the box, note it when signing for delivery.
If you can’t inspect the contents but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, email us at support@theswingspace.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll send a replacement or process a refund — typically within 1 business day.
