🗓 Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase


📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@theswingspace.com to begin the return process.
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.

Please don’t send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.


💸 Return Shipping Costs

  • Changed your mind? You’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • Received a damaged or incorrect item? We’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.


🔁 Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.


🚚 How to Return

  • All returns must be sent by mail only

  • For returns due to damage or defect, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label — just print and attach


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


⌛ Missing a Refund?

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Then contact your bank (some refunds take a few business days to post)
